Sports wood floor panel: The panel can be made of solid wood composite or solid wood board. The tree species selected is hardwood, and the more commonly used ones are hard maple, ash, oak, beech, maple birch, rubber wood, etc. Because maple is a long-fiber tree species with good toughness and moderate hardness, and has a good viewing effect in competitions and TV broadcasts, most of the panels in the world's gymnasiums are made of maple. The moisture content of the panel must not exceed the local equilibrium moisture content. The maple panel specifications of MFMA imported from abroad are generally 20mm thick and 58mm, 60mm wide, etc. Most domestic boards are 22mm thick with grooves and flanges.

Subfloor stabilization layer: usually larger panels are used, mainly OSB boards, plywood, etc., with a basic size of 1.22*2.44m, and a thickness of more than 12mm.

Wooden keel bearing layer: The bearing layer can be made of single or double keels, and usually requires antiseptic treatment with preservatives. The keel spacing is generally set to 400mm. Depending on whether the keel is fixed to the ground and what kind of fixing method is used, the sports wood floor can be divided into a suspended system, a fixed suspended system and a fixed system.

Elastic cushion layer for sports wood floor: elastic cushion materials include PU, rubber, rubber, PVC, etc., mainly providing shock absorption performance for the system

Moisture-proof layer: PE geotechnical moisture-proof film.

Floor special nails: panel nails use 50mm L-shaped or T-shaped wood floor special strong nails; the stabilization layer is usually connected to the keel with U-shaped nails.

Marking: use marking paint that matches the panel paint.

Skirting board: 80mm×60mm solid wood ventilated skirting board.
