Rock climbing walls are now widely used in various types of amusement parks, scenic spots and indoor rock climbing gyms, which also shows that the market acceptance of rock climbing walls is very high and it is a project worth considering investment. So what do you need to prepare for operating a rock climbing venue?
1. The following basic information is necessary:
(a) Have a suitable name;
(b) Have the necessary funds and corresponding facilities and equipment;
(c) Have a venue that meets safety, fire protection and sanitation conditions;
(d) Rock climbing venue: The vertical height of each rock path in a standard climbing venue is not less than 12 meters from the ground, the line length is not less than 15 meters, and the width is not less than 3 meters: the rock surface area of a non-standard climbing venue is not less than 50 square meters;
(e) Rock climbing equipment: The climbing board must be certified by the International Climbing Union (U.I.A.A) or meet the European European Standard (CE) and China Mountaineering Association approved (marked with "China Mountaineering Association Technical Department Supervision");
(VI) Rock climbing safety equipment: must be equipped with ropes, safety belts, climbing carabiners, belays, flat belts and other safety equipment certified by the International Mountaineering Federation (U.I.A.A.) or meeting European Standards (CE);
(VII) Indoor venues are well ventilated and equipped with lighting equipment with good performance;
(VIII) There are professional and technical personnel suitable for the business;
(IX) There are corresponding management rules and regulations and safety measures. 2. To apply for opening a commercial rock climbing venue, an application shall be submitted to the provincial sports administrative department and the following materials shall be submitted:
(i) Application form;
(ii) Construction plan of the rock climbing venue;
(iii) Capital verification certificate or copy of capital credit certificate for the start-up funds;
(iv) Indoor venues must provide a building safety appraisal certificate, and outdoor venues must provide proof of site permission for use;
(v) "Fire Safety Review Opinion" issued by the fire department and "Health Permit" issued by the health department;
(vi) Quality certification materials of the equipment used by the quality supervision department;
(vii) Management rules and regulations and safety measures;
(viii) Qualification certificates of professional and technical personnel;
(ix) Other relevant materials.
