1. The ground should be clean, without obvious construction waste, etc.

2. The ground should be dry, which means that the ground humidity should be less than 20%, and there should be no moisture or leakage

3. The ground should be flat, which means that the maximum chord height between the 2M ruler and the ground should be ≤3mm

4. The ground should be firm, which means that the ground foundation strength and thickness should meet the venue acceptance regulations.

Installation details prone to errors

1. The board is not dried. The moisture content of undried sports wood floor is usually around 25%, while the moisture content of qualified wood floor is generally 12%. If the humidity difference is too large, the sports wood floor will absorb moisture quickly, causing arching and paint cracking.

2. The ground is uneven. If the ground is laid directly without testing the flatness, the keel of the sports wood floor will be suspended in the air, and it will make abnormal noises when actually stepped on.

3. If the installation is not in place, the sports wood floor will expand or shrink with the changes in temperature and humidity. Therefore, when laying, the tightness of the sports wood floor should be reasonably installed according to the temperature and humidity of the venue to avoid being too tight or too loose.

In long-term use, there will be various sports faults in the sports wood floor, such as bulging, warping, etc., but only 5% are quality problems of the sports wood floor itself. It can be seen that professional paving is an important factor affecting the sports effect of the gymnasium.
